We process your email address, account type, optional display name, lessons and materials you submit, class memberships, learning activity, quiz and flashcard responses, progress, and basic service logs. Passwords are handled by Supabase and are not visible to Nexus.

We use this information to authenticate you, generate and deliver lessons, schedule practice, calculate progress, support classroom features, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Topics, documents, links, and answers may be sent to AI service providers to generate lesson content, practice material, or feedback. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information. AI output can be inaccurate and should be reviewed.

When a student joins a class, that class educator can see assigned-lesson activity and progress associated with the class. Students can also create personal lessons; those are not classroom assignments unless an educator assigns them through Nexus.

Nexus relies on service providers such as Supabase for authentication and data storage, hosting providers for application delivery, and AI providers for generation and feedback. Information may be processed where those providers operate.

Information is retained while your account is active and as needed for service integrity. You can permanently delete your account from Account settings. Deletion removes account-linked application data, subject to limited backup retention by infrastructure providers.

You can change your display name, disable feedback sounds, reset your password, leave the service by deleting your account, or stop submitting new content at any time.

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. The current effective date appears at the top of this page. Material changes should be communicated in the product before they take effect.
