Terms of Use
Last updated August 11, 2026
These terms govern participation in the Nexus platform. By creating an account, you agree to use the service responsibly and understand that features may change.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding agreement where you live. Keep your credentials private and provide accurate account information. Educators must have authority to invite students.
Acceptable use
Do not use Nexus to violate law, infringe rights, harass others, bypass access controls, overload the service, distribute malware, or submit content you do not have permission to use. Do not upload highly sensitive personal or regulated information.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Nexus and its service providers a limited license to host, process, transform, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service.
AI-generated material
Nexus uses AI to generate lessons, questions, summaries, and feedback. Output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular learner. You are responsible for reviewing it, especially before classroom use. Nexus is not professional, medical, or legal advice.
Classroom use
Class progress and scores are learning signals, not certified grades or formal academic records. Educators remain responsible for instructional decisions, student permissions, and compliance with their institution’s requirements.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access for abuse, legal risk, security concerns, or material violations of these terms. You may stop using Nexus and delete your account at any time from Account settings.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nexus is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nexus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from use.
Changes
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after material changes take effect indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
